Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accomplishing project objectives within constraints such as scope, time, cost, and quality
- Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction works
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client specifications
- Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
- Oversee integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare progress reports, highlight delays/defects, and recommend rectification measures for M&E works
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues as they arise
- Report M&E progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, sub-contractors, and clerk-of-works
- Adhere to safety and health regulations with the goal of zero accidents at site
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and housekeeping
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PE Board-recognised preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, regulations, and project compliance
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities- Understand the current landscape of Solumina
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Solumina MES across manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Support testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Consult with engineering and mechanics to ensure proper sequencing.
- Maintain data quality while transitioning.
- Create Quality Checks process to ensure routers go through proper approval channel (Quality Engineers & Shop focal)
- Post migration, perform checks to ensure data quality & sanity of router.
- Work closely with the people in different shifts and support Solumina implementation
