Job Summary:
Develops technical drawings and statutory documentation. Coordinates documentation across disciplines within a digital delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed design and technical drawings aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate documentation.
• Prepare statutory documents and drawings according to regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Prepare, revise, update drawings and documentation across project milestones and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site including any off-site manufacturing works as instructed by the Resident Engineer/ Architect to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant regulations.
- To ensure the building and related works are constructed as per Contract Documents and Site Instructions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor construction activities on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to project schedules and reporting any deviations or delays to the Resident Architect / PM.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify defects, deviations, and non-compliance issues, and provide timely recommendations for corrective actions.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements related to architectural works.
- To inspect and take/hand over completed works.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for architectural works.

- To ensure all temporary and false works are constructed as per the Professional Engineers design for temporary works.

- Promote and articulate the technical solution to IT management and the enterprise technology/architecture board.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a minimum of 7 years in solution architect roles. Familiarity with system and project implementation lifecycles in a banking environment is essential.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient technical architectures involving end-to-end integration between channels, systems, middleware, data warehouses, etc. Proficiency in architecting solutions with commercial off-the-shelf products and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, and cloud computing services.

- Broad knowledge of banking technologies and systems, including industry trends and developments. Familiarity with digital workflow, customer onboarding, AML, payments, cash management, customer touchpoints, and data analytics is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in TOGAF and cloud solution architecture are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders and drive buy-in from management and team members.
