Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 per month

Probation Period: 6 months (can be shortened based on performance)

Core Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support via service desk for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and manage servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, etc.)
• Maintain and monitor firewall configurations (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto)
• Support backup and disaster recovery systems
• Implement system patches, upgrades, and security policies
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and MFA systems
• Document incidents, changes, and infrastructure procedures
• Assist in infrastructure projects (on-premises or cloud migrations, etc.)

Required Skills

1. Windows Server administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy)
2. Experience with firewalls (configuration, troubleshooting, policies)
3. Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs)
4. Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
5. Backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
6. Endpoint protection and patching tools
7. ITIL practices and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
8. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and manage Ab Initio Metadata Hub for critical business applications.
• Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts to support code checkout, system health checks, and housekeeping.
• Configure Metadata Hub, including UI settings, permissions, workflows, custom import rules, custom extractors, and extension sets.
• Create Metadata Hub import feeds, hierarchies, classifications, advanced reports, and mappings to support client projects.

Position Summary:

You'll act as the first line of defense for issues related to our iOS and Android SDKs, helping customers understand how to best integrate, configure, and optimize our technology within their apps. From debugging crashes and performance concerns to building internal tools and self-service resources, you'll play a key role in shaping the developer experience at scale. Position Duties:

• Reproduce, debug, and escalate mobile-specific issues in partnership with Engineering and Product teams.
• Serve as a technical expert and initial escalation point for iOS and Android SDKs.
• Work directly with mobile developers to troubleshoot integration problems and share implementation best practices.
• Investigate crashes, performance issues, and unexpected app behavior related to the SDK.

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical customer needs.
