Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Direct daily inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes for multiple customers.
• Ensure accurate stock segregation and compliance with customer-specific handling requirements.
• Implement and maintain a multi-client capable Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, and storage utilization

Resource & Space Optimization

Team Leadership

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, security, and quality standards.

• Prepare financial and operational reports for management and customers.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications & Skills

• No formal Education or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with exposure to multi-client operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, preferably in multi-customer environments.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle peak season pressure and competing priorities across multiple client
