Job Description
- Full-time drum instructor to oversee approximately up to 35 students per week.
- Prepare students for grading examinations and recitals/performances.
- Good with kids aged 4 years old and above.
- Manage overall scheduling, invoice payments and enquiries for branch.
- Updating daily and weekly report.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required.
- Hands-on training will be provided.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any field.
- Preferably Grade 5 to 8 in Drums and/or Piano.
- Pianist/Guitarist with basic drumming background are welcome.
- Music graduates with no prior teaching experience are also welcome.
- Passionate in the Music industry.
- Experienced in Social Media.
- Able to be flexible with schedules and work with deadlines.
- Experiences involved in the music, drum industry and church worship team is a plus.
- Completed National Service for Male applicants.
- 5 days work week (weekends included) - enquire for more information.
- Able to work at existing and future new outlet(s).

MUST sing in pitch
MUST have a strong passion in teaching Preschoolers (Very different from children in Primary school and above)
MUST be able to dramatize your instructions to engage the preschoolers' attention
MUST be fluent in spoken English
At least Grade 5 certification in any Musical Instruments.
Have an open mind and be receptive to learning
Good team player and foster good workplace relations.
Certification / Strong portfolio in the respective Performing Arts field
Proactive in going over and above to ensure lesson plan suits majority of the children
Strong determination to ensure every child learns and understand the lesson objective of each lesson
Able to work on weekends (at least 0.5 full day on 1 of the weekend)
5.5 work day per week, 44hrs per week
You will need to take up at least 2 of the programmes we offer (Music & Movement / Specialized Musical Instrument (Keyboard, Piano, Guitar, Ukulele) / Speech & Drama (Musical) / Hiphop Dance)
Intensive Training will be provided and candidates will have to go through tests and reviews before being confirmed as a Main Instructor.
$1,800 for 1st month of intensive training and review.
