- Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic or advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Professional Educational Certificate (PGHDE by NUS or ACTA/ALPS).
- Possess Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) provider certificate.
- Ability to perform rotating shift duties up to 12 hours per day (average 44 hours per work week), inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
