As a DX Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business capabilities and supporting the digital transformation and data strategies of the Company's factories in Southeast Asia (SEA). Drive digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain to improve process efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional collaboration, implement digital tools, and oversee system deployment to support SAP S/4HANA migration and continuous KPI improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the DX roadmap, driving project implementation based on FY25–27 roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration by deepening SOP and process integration across SCM, Sales, Factory, ISD, etc.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Implement digital Obeya for SCM projects, using digital Obeya rooms to visualize project status, KPIs, issues, and actions.
• Enable transparent, real-time management across teams and regions.
• Oversee digital system deployment, including SCM-side readiness for SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Integrate systems, ensure clean master data, and support user adoption.
• Drive KPI visibility and continuous improvement by operating performance dashboards (forecast accuracy, inventory quality, etc.).
• Cultivate agile thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business

Skills and Competencies

• 3 years of experience in digital transformation or related roles within supply chain
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, digital project management, or similar
• Supply Chain Systems Knowledge
