As a Talent Sourcing Partner at Grassik Search, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our client organizations. Reporting to the Director and collaborating with Principal Partners, you will be based in Defence Colony, South Delhi.Your primary responsibility will be to source and evaluate potential candidates for Grassik, ensuring the timely onboarding of high-quality individuals who are a cultural fit. You will be expected to maintain strict adherence to timelines for each vacancy, engaging candidates through meaningful conversations and fostering strong relationships within the candidate community.Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, monitoring candidate progress to facilitate timely joining, and resolving any last-minute questions or concerns. Additionally, you will oversee the team's presence in the office on Day 1 to facilitate introductions and guide new hires through the introduction docket, aligning them with the internal culture, policies, and operational procedures of the organization.You will proactively monitor and respond to feedback on platforms like Glassdoor and Ambition Box, manage employer branding initiatives, and coordinate meetings for new hires with each Partner.
