ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring initiatives across multiple countries and regions. 5. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop the TA team, providing coaching, career paths, and building business acumen and cohesion;
  • Act as a key liaison between HR and business units to drive integrated hiring decisions and long-term talent strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines;
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multinational companies, tech or fintech industries;
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring regulations across multiple countries/regions;
  • Proven success in building and optimizing recruitment systems, or setting up hiring infrastructure for new markets;
