What you'll do

• Support and participate in Regulatory Inspections and Customer Audits, including front room/backroom roles.
• Lead complex deviation investigations and review/approve deviations, change controls, trend investigations, supplier notifications, and CAPA plans.

Responsibilities

ERP/WMS Management and Maintenance

• Oversee and maintain operational systems (e.g. ERP - Netsuite/CIN7, Shopify and etc) and ensure systems are updated, secure and functioning as intended.
• Implement updates, upgrades and configurations to enhance efficiency.
