- Coordinate Handover : Carry out inspections and assist Client in taking over completed works.
- Document As-Built Information : Coordinate and compile As-Built information for record purposes in a timely manner.
- Rectify Defects : Monitor quality and progress of rectification works during Defect Liability period of the Works.
- Manage Duty Rosters : Ensure efficiency of duty roster to manage costs incurred by the team.
- Certifications : Accredited with Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore and Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
- Work Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience as mechanical/electrical engineer, with at least 8 years in airfield systems, utilities, fuel hydrant, building services, security systems, etc.
- Degree : Possess M&E Engineering Degree recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Contract Administration : Proficient in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
