(What you will be working on)
The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure, to ensure smooth bus operations and upkeep commuter experience.
You will be managing a team who is overseeing bus infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity and asset functional status. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team.
Your key responsibilities are:
Manage audit function to ensure all bus infrastructure are properly maintained and comply with established requirements.
Maintain oversight of all works and activities that affects bus infrastructure, to ensure proper interfacing by LTA/ external project teams with bus operators. Where required, to identify areas for improvement and ensuring operational conditions remain optimal.
Assess bus infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal operations when there are bus service variations.
Manage relationships with both bus operators and vendors to ensure coordinated responses and solutions, while minimising disruption to regular operations during incidents.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for bus infrastructural matters.

Knowledge in any discipline
Preferably 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry, asset management or facility management.
Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
