The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate banking, particularly around corporate Cash transaction services such as making and managing payments. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our platform product suite and business priorities
• Go deep in researching and understanding our Platform services, products and users in close collaboration with our client research and insights team

Our Ideal Candidate
• Hands on experience in building enterprise wide design system from initiation to delivery.
• 8 plus years of experience in producing UX and UI design, including interactive prototypes using Figma
• Experience working at financial institutions, including Fintechs, would be desirable
• Education equivalent to a Bachelor's in human/computer interaction, web development, computer science, graphic arts/digital design or other equivalent discipline
• You understand human centred design methodologies and usability testing
• Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology, and capable of working with product development team to manage business and technical requirements for documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in instrumentation or electronic and communication or electrical engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects.
- Must have minimum 5 years in similar lead role in major LNG and oil/gas projects. (experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory)
- Fully familiar with Singapore codes and international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during EPC phases of LNG & Oil/gas projects
- Thorough knowledge of Analyzer Systems and Shelters and interfaces, generally incorporated in major oil/gas project is essential.
- Must have the capacity of supervise, manage and deliver the development of engineering deliverables.
- Participation with contribution during P&IDs, HAZOP, and SIL reviews, shop and field testing of Analyzer systems shall be demonstrable during project execution.
- Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
- For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.
