About the Role
Technical Consultants are a crucial piece of the overall customer organization and they play a vital role in helping our customers realize the full security and technical value our solution offers. They are available to ensure that new deployments, the experience, and adoption of Netron is both frictionless and delivers the most value possible and partner across the organization to make sure product management, engineering, technical operations and other groups are aligned with our customer’s needs. We are seeking mature, empathetic, tech savvy communicators who understand the important role Netron plays in client’s enterprises. Successful candidates should bring B2B enterprise software support experience and a strong track record managing relationship with large enterprises. This position will be based on Singapore, but working with sales & pre-sales in ASEAN countries.
Responsibilities : Liaise with business users and other teams and perform the following
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements.
- Develop solution and review with users.
- Develop functional, technical and integration specifications including data specifications.
- Architects, designs, fabricates, tests and debugs deployments.
- Provides high-level resources sizing and timeline estimates for completion of tasks and activities.
- Understands customer’s business and technical objectives to determine the optimum tools, devices, and methods the company can offer to assist in the achievement of those objectives.
- Co-defines, captures and documents customer specifications, proposals, designs and methodologies.
- Program management during the on-boarding and deployment business.
- Product training, security training and consultation.
- Managed the onboarding project milestone, schedule and tasks.
- Work closely with our Product Team, Engineering, and Partnership teams to develop cutting-edge solutions and provide consulting services to our news publishers to cater to client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Help in challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshooting their technical issues.
- Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences from engineers to marketing professionals.
- Perform implementation reviews.
- Advocate for new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Deliver Business Intelligence. Leverage internal and external data sources to provide data insights to drive decision making.
- Understand pain-points: Identify and empathize with the difficulties and pain-points the clients are facing in their current challenges.
- Translate into conceptual design: Use the gathered information to create a conceptual design for a resource optimization solution. This design should address the clients' requirements and pain-points. It might include proposing strategies, algorithms, or technologies to achieve this optimization.
- Educate end-users: Conduct training sessions or workshops for the clients' end-users. These sessions should focus on teaching them how to use the resource optimization solution effectively and efficiently.
- Best practices: Share best practices and recommendations for resource optimization. This could involve explaining how to maximize the benefits of the solution, optimize workforce scheduling, and achieve better results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience demonstrate a deep understanding of the field, which is highly valuable for leadership and decision-making in resource optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge in using Cloud Providers either in AWS/GCP/Azure and/or other cloud providers.
- Strong knowledge in using Cloud Security solutions like DDoS/WAF/BOT/API Protection.
- Strong knowledge and experience in web sites and web applications architectures and deployment.
- Experience in Windows, Unix/Linux OS, Unix command and scripts.
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and manage relationships at all levels of the company.
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

- Your AI experience, particularly in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Language Model (LLM) technologies, is highly relevant if the resource optimization solutions involve AI-driven components. 1. Technical Coordination
1.1. Superimpose archi and structural drawings to produce Archi & Structural Setting Out Plan as the basis for all the other Coordinated Drawings and all kinds of Shop Drawings. Pls refer to IBC-PMM-C.1.5a (Coordinated Drawings) for details.
1.2. To cooperate with structural coordinator and M&E coordinator for all kinds of technical matters.
1.3. To coordinate with architect and all the other consultants for technical matters, incl attending consultant meetings.
1.4. To coordinate with all archi subcons & suppliers on shop drawings, material samples, technical clarifications (RFI, SFA, MSF, CVI), etc and seek approvals from respective consultants / client.
2. Site Construction
2.1. To organize and supervise archi works at site in terms of progress, technical, QA/QC, etc with assistance from Archi Supervisor (if any).
2.2. To assist PM to prepare periodic progress report for onward submission to client and consultants.
2.3. To coordinate with all archi subcons and suppliers for materials ordering / delivery, site construction matters, technical matters, etc.
3. Cost & Contract
3.1. To assist QS to prepare progress claim for onward submission to client and consultants.
3.2. To assist QS to review and certify subcons’ and suppliers’ claims in terms of site progress, quality, etc.
3.3. To assist QS on administration of both main contract and sub-contracts, such as VO, EOT, payment certificates, etc.
3.4. To assist head office for new project tenders as and when requires.
4. Safety & Environmental
4.1. To assist safety personnel to manage safety performance of archi subcons.
4.2. To attend safety meetings and supervise archi subcons to resolve safety issues at site.
5. Personal Development
On top of archi matters, you are encouraged to learn in all other aspects in terms of project management during daily operations, so that you can obtain the opportunity in getting promoted to APM / DPM / PM, if capabilities and potentials are proven and recognized.
