As an Interior Fit Out Decorator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with tenders by preparing crucial documents for quotation and responding to queries from subcontractors. Your responsibilities will also include verifying and validating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and drawings, as well as tender quantity extraction and sourcing of sub-contractors & suppliers for quotation and price comparison.

You will collaborate closely with the project / contract manager to prepare, negotiate and evaluate costs for subcontractor works, source materials, and prepare documentation for permit to work submission to stakeholders.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing main costing/VO costing reports for management, as well as preparing and monitoring cost budgets against actual costs.
