The Role

This position will be part of the Group Corporate Social Responsibility team which manages and drives the company, and its business units overall Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Key support in implementing Mapletree's Corporate Social Responsibility plan and initiatives globally including the publicity and organising events.

• Collaborate well with non-profit or voluntary welfare organisations to ensure the success of the CSR programs and activities.
• Support the assigned Business Units on their communications, public relations, media relations, issues/crisis communications and event management.
• Develop and produce communications materials for the company and its business units.
• Assist to manage media relations and engagement, which may include establishing and managing the relationship with local and international trade and daily media.
• Play an active role in supporting the branding and communications on the Group's digital platforms including corporate website management.
• Support the development of the company's annual report, corporate magazine and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Communication, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of working experiences in Corporate Social Responsibility/Community Relations, and/or Corporate Communications.
• Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of CSR and the ability to execute CSR programs and activities including events, publicity and media activities.
• Possess good project coordination and/or event management skills is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with flair for creative writing, editing and proof reading.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent team player with good coordination skills and the ability to work with stakeholders from various business units.
• Familiar with traditional and digital media, and fluency in a second language other than English will have added advantage.

The Role:

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement Mapletree Group's global CSR programmes to engage and make a positive impact in the communities where we operate
• Collaborate with non-profit and/or IPC approved organisations in planning, implementing and ensuring the success of co-branded CSR initiatives and programmes
• Plan and execute community outreach events, working with external partners and internal stakeholders to make a meaningful impact
• Manage, update and create content to generate awareness of Mapletree's CSR programmes on the Group's social media platforms.
• Co-ordinate and execute publicity and communications efforts for the Group's CSR programmes (e.g. social media, press releases, speeches, etc.) in collaboration with the company's corporate communications department
• Source and manage vendors for CSR activities when required
• Track the impact of Mapletree's CSR programmes, maintain and upkeep the photo library and monitor the deliverables of project agreements

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Social Work or related discipline.
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in marketing, communications, community relations, corporate social responsibility, event management, social or charity work
• Passionate about CSR and a good understanding of the corporate giving landscape. Experience in global CSR programmes is a plus.
• Ability to plan, manage and execute CSR programmes and activities including events and publicity
• Excellent written and verbal communications, good interpersonal skills

Sustainability Manager

to join our Supply Chain Sustainability Team in Singapore.

Neste's Sustainability is a corporate level function with sustainability professionals based globally in various office locations in Europe, the Americas and APAC. The team is responsible for managing sustainability related strategic initiatives and providing support in implementing sustainability into our business.

Your part in our team

Your main role as a member of the global supply chain sustainability team is to support suppliers in the APAC region in meeting our sustainability requirements. You will also be responsible for supplier engagement, which involves building relationships, setting expectations, training, understanding and addressing local barriers.

In your role, you will

• Manage supplier sustainability assessment process in the region
• Engage with suppliers and communicate our sustainability criteria and requirements to them
• Assist new suppliers in their sustainability development to meet required sustainability criteria
• Support risk assessment for different raw materials through supplier engagement and audits
• Participate in developing global supplier sustainability assessment practices and processes

Best combination for success in this role

• University degree in Science / Environmental Engineering / Forestry Management / Supply Chain Management or other relevant field or experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related sustainability field or supply chain management, preferably in the biofuels industry. Knowledge in market compliance is appreciated.

ISO Certifications & Compliance

1.Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ISO certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO Environmental Management), ISO Occupational Health & Safety), and other relevant certifications.

2.Liaise with certification bodies, external auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance.

3.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation required for certification and audits.

4.Drive continuous improvement in sustainability, quality, and safety management systems.

Reporting & Governance

1.Develop and improve ESG reporting practices in line with national standards and global frameworks.

2.Prepare and present sustainability reports, performance dashboards, and compliance updates for senior management and stakeholders.

3.Monitor and track sustainability KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.

4.Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

Requirements Diploam or Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
