A summary of the responsibilities of this position is, and not limited to, as follows:
Evaluate incoming sponsorship proposals for management review.
Plan and organize fundraising initiatives through collaborating with internal stakeholders, business partners and Non‐Profit Organizations (NPO) including sourcing, liaising and executing fundraising events with multiple vendors.
Work with NPOs to curate a calendar of volunteering activities for staff on corporate, department and project levels.
Manage and execute the marketing and communications of CSR initiatives through emails, Intranet and other outreach platforms.
Manage the sign‐ups of supported charity sports and charity events involving staff participation and coordinate with the NPO.
Manage and maintain a good tracking system for CSR data for management reporting.
Conduct annual surveys with internal stakeholders to identify employee interest and alignment with CSR initiatives.
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
Able to review and improve the various work processes to enhance execution efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Marketing/Communications, Sustainability, Hospitality, or other relevant field of study.
Experience: Min 3 years of progressive experience.
Independent and a self‐starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
