What the role is
MPA's Maritime Decarbonisation Division aims to formulate strategy and track the sustainability performance of various MPA initiatives. It will also promote sustainability awareness and manage sustainability initiatives and programmes and integrate them into MPA's work for Maritime Singapore.

Knowledge in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences/Environmental Management/Biodiversity, Conservation and Nature-based Climate Solutions/Energy Policy and Climate would be preferred. Completion of relevant modules in sustainability-related courses will also be considered
Relevant work experience with experience in handling sustainability/ decarbonisation-related initiatives
Candidates with BCA's Singapore Green Mark certification and involvement in low carbon initiatives (eg: biofuels, hydrogen, etc.) will have an added advantage
Knowledge on development of low-carbon technologies (eg. CCUS, etc) and/ or carbon services (eg: carbon credit, etc) will be useful
Is a team player and possesses strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
