We are seeking a skilled and experienced Environmental Control Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all environmental management plans are adhered to, and for conducting regular site inspections to monitor compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all environmental management plans are implemented and monitored regularly.
- Conduct site inspections to identify any potential environmental risks or issues.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of environmental controls and practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impacts.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all projects are delivered in an environmentally responsible manner.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Keeping records of all activities/incidents concerning the environment on site.

Requirements:

- At least 7 years relevant working experience in construction industry
- Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety Management System

Job Responsibilities:
ESG Strategy Execution
· Provide sustainability expertise and guidance to support the implementation of the Group's ESG strategy

ESG Integration in Investment Processes

Decarbonisation Planning and Carbon Management
· Lead carbon footprint assessments across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 (GHG emissions from direct, indirect, and value chain sources)

Data Management and Analytics

Job Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Proven track record in ESG reporting and strategy implementation.
· Experience with ESG data platforms, assurance processes, and global sustainability standards.
