Key Accountabilities
Regional role

- Mentor, advise and support regional business unit-based Environment / HSE Managers in the practical application of group level strategy, programmes and targets
- Provide support to region and business unit in understanding potential environmental impacts and ensure that appropriate plans, mitigation and monitoring are developed and implemented, as needed
- Chair regional environmental meetings and workgroups with the business units to drive performance and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Manage continual environmental improvement at regional and business unit level(s) through the development of programs, standards, training, and good practices
- Advise business, on environmental requirements, in new acquisition(s) and development projects
- Liaise with Head Office and other regional departments in support of joint initiatives and projects.
Environmental programme management
- Lead the development and implementation of APAC environmental programs and strategies in line with DP World strategies with focus on water, waste, contamination, drainage, etc
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental tools, initiatives, and projects
- Provide technical support in the development of environmental reporting and monitoring framework and systems to report and monitor business environmental performance
- Provide technical support to commercial strategies regarding winning business on environmental performance or approach
- Provide technical support in the analyses and reporting of environmental performance internally (Board and Annual Reports) and externally (such as different ESG ratings led by Group Sustainability, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)
- Collaborate to prepare for responses to external requirements regarding environmental performance and management and ESG reporting
- Provide technical support in reviewing environmental impact assessments for new projects and expansion work as needed
- Lead the development and implementation of specific environmental training as required to raise environmental knowledge and awareness within APAC
- Promote and raise awareness, at all levels of the organization, of the impact of emerging environmental issues (water, waste, biodiversity)
- Provide expertise on regulatory stakeholder and data requirements
- Represent DP World APAC region and actively participate in industry related environmental organizations and liaise with peers to keep aware of industry standards and regulatory changes or amendments

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or equivalent
- At least 10 years of related experience with managing and overseeing Environmental programs
- Experience in environmental management, ISO 14001 and Environmental Impact Assessments
- Experience in managing Ports andTerminals/ Warehouse/ Logistics/ Supply Chain relevant industry knowledge will be a plus
- Experience in development and execution of strategies, programs, standards, and policies

What you will be working on
As a key member of ACRA's Sustainability Reporting Office, your responsibilities include:
• Implementing SRA roadmap for listed and non-listed companies incorporated in Singapore. The roadmap includes carrying out legislative changes, adopting international SRA standards for use in Singapore, registering climate auditors, and developing compliance strategy (including preparing companies and auditors to comply with SRA standards).
• Contributing to the international standard setting of SRA standards/frameworks and providing thought-leadership on corporate disclosures and other regulatory requirements;
• Enabling digital preparation, filing and consumption of SR information in Singapore; and
• Partnering stakeholders in our corporate reporting eco-system to build SRA expertise locally and abroad.

The Singapore Sustainable Aviation Company (SAFCo) is a mission-driven entity supporting Singapore's national SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) policy. SAFCo manages the SAF levy collection, procures SAF to meet regulated demand, and develops the voluntary SAF market. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SAFCo. The Director of Sustainability & Programme Management will lead SAFCo's efforts in developing the voluntary SAF market, managing sustainability documentation and certification, and serving as the internal expert on carbon accounting and policy. - Serve as SAFCo's subject matter expert on carbon accounting, including Scope 1 and Scope 3 emissions.

Maintain a depository of impactful strategic narratives and messaging for internal and external stakeholders, positioning and embedding sustainability throughout the organization.
Ensure the sustainability strategy is effectively communicated and implemented across markets and group function teams.
Lead on all briefings that require sustainability inputs, i.e. investor meetings, events briefings, articles, interviews, etc.
Preparing governance updates, in collaboration with the Sustainability COE members, regarding the integration and advancement of sustainability initiatives across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic sustainability objectives and clear communication of key achievements.
Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the completeness and quality control of training, engagement and/or performance review materials for senior leadership, tailoring content to align with strategic sustainability priorities.
Job Requirements
10+ years of professional experience (in Financial Service industry preferred), with at least 5 years in leadership roles involving cross‐market and/or cross‐market initiatives and team management.
Solid understanding with insurance business models.
Strong interest and familiarity with sustainability‐related initiatives. Practical experience in rolling out ESG or sustainability strategies is considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience in leading transformation projects with strong program leadership capabilities and hands‐on experience in project delivery, performance management, or strategy execution roles.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including senior internal and external groups across regions and cultures.
Experience in budget control, forecasting and management.
Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with C‐suite, Boards, and Management Committees.
Possess high integrity, good analytical mind, and decision‐making capabilities.
