- Provide leadership, and deliver performance results which expand the APAC E&S Hub’s team and client base in Asia aligned with the Hub’s strategic action plans.
- Serve as a member of the APAC E&S Hub’s core leadership team to drive profitable growth across the hub’s service areas.
- Contribute to and support the development and implementation of the Hub’s strategic business/action plans.
- Identify and develop new opportunities which leverage the Hub and broader Worley business’s multi-disciplinary offering.
- Take an active leadership role in securing new business with new and existing clients including by developing and expanding client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Lead and contribute to preparation of thought leadership pieces and other initiatives to improve Worley Consulting’s market recognition.
- Active leadership role driving successful outcomes from the hub’s BD activities including effective proposal preparation.
- Active leadership role driving strategic commercial arrangements (including MSAs and partnerships) which provide benefit to Worley whilst appropriately assessing and managing risk.
- Support, contribute and assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Actively contribute to the performance metrics of the E&S Hub including revenue generation, chargeability and increased GM performance.

- Guide and contribute to project assignments, ensuring technical and service excellence, assurance and governance, using Worley methodologies, processes and tools.

- Support staff development, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of the E&S Business.
- Work collaboratively with other service line leads and line managers to adequately resource growth/BD initiatives and project accountabilities.

What you’ll have
- Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline or equivalent.
- 15+ plus years relevant industry experience, including in a consulting environment.

- High impact business development skills including the ability to develop new client relationships, manage existing client relationships and win work for the group.

We are seeking for a Senior Director, Sustainability, to be part of the management team responsible for leading the sustainability framework across all the business units within Singtel Digital Infra Co (DI CO) with a specialised focus on Nxera Data Centre. This role is expected to act as a change agent and subject matter expert for sustainability related matters within the organization, in working closely and leading other relevant departments such as operations, products, and strategy to achieve the organisation’s sustainability aspiration. Beyond the organisation, this role must advocate for sustainability initiatives externally to establish Nxera as a Green Data Centre leader; and to support the sales of greener offerings in the region.
Job Responsibilities- To develop and be responsible for the sustainability strategy of DI CO and galvanise the various functions within the organisation to achieve the collective goals.
- To stay updated with sustainability industry trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning and facilitate discussions with key partners including collaborating with the Group Sustainability function.
- Manage end-to-end sustainability related matters to energy, water and waste across DI CO and build strong working relationship with other functional teams to integrate sustainability ownership and inspire positive changes across the organization.
- Set up processes and controls for collecting, organizing, and reporting ESG information. This comprises collecting, validating, calculating, and aggregating ESG data for reporting purposes for DI CO and the Group.
- Own shared accountability of the sustainability metrics e.g. PUE, WUE, carbon emission with the operations team and to have line of sight and accountability of the sustainability improvement road map strategy, ensuring that we adopt the respective industry best practises.
- To work with the strategy team on green innovation and partnerships with external parties such as IHLs, other research units, governmental organisations and other technology companies.

- Has a dynamic personality with strong inter-personal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders within and beyond the organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Renewable energy landscape in the region.
- Apt in implementing environmental concepts (e.g. carbon foot printing, design-for-environment etc.)
- Highly preferred to possess certifications such as:
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager
- Green Mark Manager and
- ISO1400 series qualification
- Possess strong familiarity in the areas of:
- Environmental and carbon reporting standards (e.g. CDP)
- Sustainability reporting according to the various standards such as GRI, SASB and etc
- Carbon Accounting and ISSB standards

We are seeking for a Senior Director, Sustainability, to be part of the management team responsible for leading the sustainability framework across all the business units within Singtel Digital Infra Co (DI CO) with a specialised focus on Nxera Data Centre. This role is expected to act as a change agent and subject matter expert for sustainability related matters within the organization, in working closely and leading other relevant departments such as operations, products, and strategy to achieve the organisation’s sustainability aspiration. Beyond the organisation, this role must advocate for sustainability initiatives externally to establish Nxera as a Green Data Centre leader; and to support the sales of greener offerings in the region.
Job Responsibilities
To develop and be responsible for the sustainability strategy of DI CO and galvanise the various functions within the organisation to achieve the collective goals.
To stay updated with sustainability industry trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning and facilitate discussions with key partners including collaborating with the Group Sustainability function.
Manage end-to-end sustainability related matters to energy, water and waste across DI CO and build strong working relationship with other functional teams to integrate sustainability ownership and inspire positive changes across the organization.
Set up processes and controls for collecting, organizing, and reporting ESG information. This comprises collecting, validating, calculating, and aggregating ESG data for reporting purposes for DI CO and the Group.
Own shared accountability of the sustainability metrics e.g. PUE, WUE, carbon emission with the operations team and to have line of sight and accountability of the sustainability improvement road map strategy, ensuring that we adopt the respective industry best practises.
To work with the strategy team on green innovation and partnerships with external parties such as IHLs, other research units, governmental organisations and other technology companies.
To be the subject-matter expert within DI CO in developing sustainability opportunities and to equip the other functions with the right sustainability related competency for their respective functions.
