Marketing & Sustainability Coordinator
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Digital Marketing Support Responsibilities
- Provide support for digital marketing initiatives in hotels, F&B, Spa, and Raffles City Convention Centre.
- Conduct basic proofreading and copywriting for communication materials across various channels, with a particular focus on digital platforms.
- Manage the uploading and maintenance of approved digital content, ensuring all platforms remain current.
- Arrange photography and filming sessions, handle administrative tasks related to digital marketing, conduct market research, and manage requests for updates on websites, microsites as well as other digital platforms.
- Aid other team leaders in the department with various hotel projects on an as-needed basis.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary.
Sustainability Support Responsibilities
- Oversee and manages the complex's ESG projects
- Lead and coordinate communications and marketing efforts on ESG initiatives on social media and the dedicated sustainability blog
- Support and manage the energy tracking for monthly submissions via Accor online platform
- Developing analyses and communicating recommendations through reports and presentations
- Creates and organizes activities to develop positive organizational culture on changing mindsets for ESG initiatives
- Supports ad-hoc projects
Other Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as monthly accruals, forecasting, submission of invoices or routing agreements for approval.
- Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Performance Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality or related field
A minimum of 1 year of related experience
Experience in handling sustainability projects, social media platforms, content management systems will be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English, fluent in a second language preferred
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Effective writing and communication skills
People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Ability to contribute individually and in a team

- We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction site adheres to strict environmental regulations and standards. This includes conducting regular site inspections, implementing and enforcing environmental control measures, maintaining accurate records of site conditions and regulatory interactions, and identifying potential mosquito breeding grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Implement and enforce Environmental Control Measures (ECMs) as outlined in the Environmental Control Plan (ECP).
- Maintain accurate records of site conditions and regulatory interactions via the ECP.
- Identify potential mosquito breeding grounds and take proactive measures to prevent infestations.
- Monitor noise, dust, silty discharge, and humidity levels, recommending corrective actions when limits are exceeded.
- Oversee efficient treatment and discharge of silty water to prevent public drain pollution.
- Ensure excellent site housekeeping, including cleanliness of public roads and drains along the site perimeter.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
- Develop and present awareness campaigns on topics such as heat stress prevention and hearing protection.
- Submit timely monthly reports to stakeholders, including presentations.
- Assist in coordinating Green and Gracious Builder initiatives and ConSaSS Audits.
- Provide expert advice on environmental compliance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
