Driven by Singapore Sustainability Roadmap and the global demand in sustainability and decarbonization, our team is expanding. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Sustainability Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will guide clients in preparing their sustainability reports and developing sustainability strategies that align with their business goals and regulatory requirements. You will also provide expert advisory services in developing decarbonization roadmaps, helping clients achieve their carbon-neutral or net-zero ambitions.

Responsibilities:
- Sustainability Reporting: Work closely with clients to understand their sustainability goals and objectives. Provide professional advisory on sustainability reporting, carbon reporting and decarbonization strategies. Drafting sustainability reports aligned to international reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, ISSB, etc.).
- Carbon Footprint Assessments: Conduct carbon footprint assessment (Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3), focusing on corporates and buildings. Identify opportunities for emission reduction through sustainable building operation and construction processes.
- Education and Training: Develop and refine training/ workshop/ seminar content on topics including sustainability reporting, carbon accounting and reporting, decarbonisation road mapping. Support the training sessions and workshops.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, advancements in sustainability regulations, green building practices, carbon accounting and reporting methodology.
Qualifications:
- A degree (preferably a master's degree) in Sustainability, Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
- Prior experience working with a consulting firm or government agency focused on sustainability reporting, decarbonization, or environmental initiatives is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Sustainability Reporting/Climate-related Disclosure Reporting aligned to international standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, TCFD).
- In-depth knowledge on carbon accounting, reporting and verification aligned to international framework and standard (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-3, BS EN 15978).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills including fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
