Job Title: Quantity Surveying Professional

As a Quantity Surveying Professional, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of project management. This includes systems costing and estimation, bill of quantities preparation, and cost control.

• Assist in systems costing and estimation, including quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender submission documents, and any related technical proposals.
• Support pre-contract cost management, pricing, and sourcing subcontractors.
• Track cost control, assist in variation order (VO) pricing, and support progress claims and final accounts.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate commercial documentation.
• Maintain tender documentation and support the tendering process.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or a related field.
• At least 1 year's relevant QS experience.
• Experience in ELV/M&E/CCTV/Security systems is an added advantage.
