Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager / with all daily commercial operations
- Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting
- Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems
- Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project
- Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately
- RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
- Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
- Supporting in Variation and Claim procedures.
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering
- Minimum years of experience: 5-6 years
- Experience in the field of engineering and construction
- Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts

Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Coach and develop Quantity Surveying team members, promoting adherence to templates and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveying Manager in General Construction or Civil Construction.
- Experience in both the pre-contract and post-contract phases of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills for financial records and data application to enhance outcomes.
- Solid aptitude for handling financial reports and spreadsheets.
