b) Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
c) Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
d) Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
e) Cost control and maintained properdocumentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and market pricing.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
