As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.
Job Description
You will be part of the team responsible for planning and project management, in particular, of security requirements as well as other ELV Systems. As a project manager, you will also be assigned to other roles related to project management such as safety, risk and schedule management, etc. You will need to be involved in all stages of project inception, planning, execution and completion. In the process, you will have to work closely with stakeholders such as users, consultants and contractors, to ensure that assigned projects meet user requirements and are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality.
Requirements
- Good degree in Electrical and/or Electronic, Computer Engineering. Other relevant equivalent qualifications can also be considered.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in project management of Security and Surveillance Systems, including other ELV Systems. Candidates with knowledge and certification on network systems will have an advantage.
- Relevant working experience in airports and mixed-use development will be preferred
- Strong experience in project management and coordination.
- Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
- Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently to deliver results
- Good interpersonal, team player and able to handle fast paced projects
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
