About the Role

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will assist in providing patient care services such as the measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure. You will assist doctors in consultation rooms, perform simple medical procedures and dispatch jobs, and help ensure smooth patient flow.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably with Certificate in Healthcare (Clinic Practice)

• The successful candidate will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, booking transportation, handling billing and cash collection.

Administration & Personnel

• Daily patient registration, transportation booking, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and transport scheduling.
• Daily ILTC claim and update daily DRC / Rehabilitation services statistics.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.
• Replenish the rehab department inventory when stock is low.
• Ad hoc jobs assigned by reporting officers.
• Work on ad hoc weekends during events to facilitate operations.
• Assist in ferrying clients from transportation drop-off points to the centre.

Financial

• Effective handling of transactions, payments, and documentation.
• Tally and check end-of-day collections and supporting documents.
• Organize and maintain accurate claims records.

Public Relations

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-centred work environment.
• Address group feedback as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with other departments.

• Minimum GCE N or O levels.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or relevant sectors.
• Preferably with ILTC setting experience (centre-based care).
