1. Assist doctors and registered nurses in basic procedures.
2. Document, monitor, and record observations of residents, including vital signs, and report changes in condition to the registered nurse.
3. Supervise and assist residents with daily needs such as personal grooming and daily living activities.
4. Escort residents to medical appointments.
5. Guide residents to participate in development and recreational programmes.

Job Description
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support in providing basic nursing care activities such as:

1. Recording vital signs
