Inventory & Supply Planning

• Monitor demand and plan supply needs accurately.
• Lead regular meetings with the Project Manager to review inventory and forecasts.
• Analyze data, prepare forecasts, and update them in the procurement system.
• Set forecast limits and approve submissions.
• Track slow-moving items and take action to meet inventory targets.
• Plan ahead to keep stock levels at the right balance.
• Monitor inventory across all product lines and track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate supply chain activities to support Singapore and regional teams.

Stock Allocation Management

• Distribute stock based on forecasts, requests, and excess inventory.
• Carry out weekly stock allocation for shipments.
• Reply quickly to stock requests and questions from sales companies.
