Job Summary
- Manage communication with the regional office, ensuring alignment with business planning and forecasting cycles.
- Assist and execute transactional activities for the business support team, directly contributing to the achievement of revenue targets outlined in the business plan.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor demand and manage supply
- Coordinate inventory and forecast meetings with the Project Manager.
- Analyze and submit draft forecasts.
- Ensure accurate forecast data submission.
- Maintain and process forecast/procurement system requirements.
- Set and approve forecast limits.
- Monitor slow-moving targets and take action to meet them.
Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Track inventory levels for both short-term and long-term products.
- Monitor and ensure forecast accuracy and Days of Supply (DOS).
Align supply chain activities across Singapore and regional offices
- Integrate processes to ensure visibility of customer demand, supply, and materials in transit.
- Process procurement data weekly.
- Optimize drop shipping based on business rules.
- Process purchase orders as needed.
- Maintain product pricing in SAP.
- Address missing price items with the Product Manager and revise prices with Japan HQ.
- Execute SAP transaction operations.
- Download shipping OB schedules and share delivery details.
Manage stock allocation
- Distribution of forecasted stocks, additional requests, and excess inventory to sales companies.
- Weekly allocation of stock to sales companies for shipment.
- Quick response to sales companies' inquiries and requests for additional stock.
