• Compile and analyze key supply chain metrics—including inventory turnover, on-time delivery (OTD), and stock aging.
• Maintain precise inventory records and ensure ERP/WMS system accuracy through timely updates and reconciliation of physical stock.
• Actively participate in projects to reduce lead-time, standardize workflows, and enhance data accuracy across the organization.
• Proactively liaise with global and local suppliers to resolve shipment delays or discrepancies and monitor their on-time delivery and service quality

Opportunities & Exposure

1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed on-line tool

• Enhance communication & marketing of new tool

• Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC

• Provide training to internal & external team within APAC

• Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claims

2. Drive improvement in data quality management

• Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Ceva) to fulfil customer's expectation

• Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools

• Production and Material Control (PMC):

• Based on business needs, track development of customs policies, conduct customs planning and risk prevention, and establish process standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise encompassing PMC, customs, and warehouse management. Familiarity with Singapore's customs and supply chain environment and experience of team management is required.
• Professional Competencies:
• Customs: Proficient in customs policies of China and Singapore, with experience in managing COO and processing trade handbooks. Experience in leading AEO certification processes is preferred. Familiar with the application, amendment, and closure procedures for processing trade handbooks.
• Production and Inventory Control: Experience in production planning, inventory management, and material scheduling. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and capacity planning. Highly data-sensitive to perform supply-demand balance analysis effectively.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS, with the ability to promote process improvement and system implementation.
• Key Personal Qualities:
