The FairPrice Group Supply Chain Business Unit (FPG SC BU) or Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS) is a key logistics service provider to NTUC FairPrice Group and external customers. Our services provided include inbound logistics, warehouse and fulfilment and last mile delivery to the stores, customers and B2C home delivery.
Job Purpose
You will be a key member driving the Network Design and Optimisation function. You will contribute towards the growth and delivery of the FairPrice Group’s network strategy. This role will be involved in the continuous shaping of the Group’s mid to long term Supply Chain development plan. In addition, the role in the longer term will support in the development and creation of customised and innovative supply chain solutions for internal/external customers to optimise the end-to-end operations and drive the partnership development with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Drive Supply Chain Optimisation projects including the development, planning, prioritisation and execution of supply chain strategy, network design workstreams, cost optimisation initiatives and end-to-end supply chain metrics.
Drive end-to-end supply chain performance analysis to define/strengthen metrics for monitoring and identify areas for optimisation.
Conduct analysis on distribution centre operational performance, enabling operations stakeholders to track and achieve KPIs, such as service level, manpower productivity, capacity utilisation and costs-to-serve.
Work and engage effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders within FPG / Supply Chain BU and cross, present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and recommend solutions that fosters success.
Collaborates with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop data driven models & visualization and analytics to drive business results for various supply chain challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support on the execution of the project implementation plan and milestones and collaborate with Supply Chain Business Insights to develop metrics, dashboard, reporting project results and track actual cost saving after deployment to ensure alignment with overall company and business group strategies.
Ensure efficient communication across functional teams for any trends, drivers, and takeaways in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or any other related profession.
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
5-8 years experience in supply chain performance management and business analytics
Experience related to supply chain network design and optimisation, program management and/or supply chain / logistics management will be advantageous
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or any other related profession.
Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
Experience with methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies.
Analytical experience with the ability to work with large amounts of data, including specific experience with Supply Chain Network Modelling, BI tools, visualization, relational data structures, and financial modelling.
Able to effectively query data using scripts such as SQL, Python etc and hands-on experience with Cloud-based tools/technology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions, to drive achievement of objectives and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and has effective change management skills.

**The Senior Supply Chain Manager, Process Design - Plan** is a member of the MedTech TranSCend Supply Chain ERP program organization and will report into the **Process End to End Design Leader** .
The primary accountability of the role is to lead within Plan workstream and to define, harmonize, and deliver Global ERP capabilities design and deployment, while delivering to the timeline and requirements provided by the Business Process Owner (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The Senior Manager must drive alignment between BPO, GPO, SME's, IT, and the project team to enable the solution and process blueprint in the ERP and the ecosystems.
The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be an authority within their functional space and strive to deliver core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within the Plan area. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will establish, document, validate, and deploy these capabilities using the TranSCend program methodology and tools, while partnering with coordinated functions, data team, business adoption team, and technology team to ensure the capabilities are realized through program results.
The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be a part of the design governance forums to ensure that we harmonize our processes and capabilities, and raise for review, resolution, and approval where deviation is required.
The successful candidate must optimally collaborate with the GPO's, BPO's, SMEs, and all key partners to ensure successful deployment of the Global Template and meeting program timeline and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the planning and executing of all process design while supporting build, test, and adoption activities within the functional area within the project team.
+ Collaborate with GPO, SME, IT, and PMO on planning and prioritization of any process design and build requirements.
+ Use process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence to drive comprehensive solutions within the scope of the project
+ Review and approve process decisions, designs, and relevant builds/deployments to ensure compliance with the Global Template
+ Drives definition, documentation, and alignment of capabilities across the key stakeholder groups
+ Reviews and approves end user business adoption mitigations for process changes

+ Have at least 3 years of working experience with S4 HANA MRP , have implemented MRP end to end solution for any specific industry and have excellent understanding of Material master module in S4 HANA .
