This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Resident Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will lead the site supervision team on all electrical and building construction works.
As a Resident Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on site inspection issues, contract matters, and identifying defects for rectification works.
- Lead the site supervision team in ensuring that all electrical and building construction works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Assist in site inspections and contract matters to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and rectify defects in a timely manner to minimize delays and costs.
- Address Contractor RFI's and technical submittals to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with the design team/QP from HQ to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore) and at least 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in infrastructure projects, preferably in water or used water treatment works.
You will also need to possess strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team members.
Qualifications and Experience Required- Good graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore)
- At least 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in infrastructure projects, preferably in water or used water treatment works

The GBM Supervisory Risk and Controls team is a First Line risk management function responsible for managing business controls related to supervisory risks in Equities and Fixed Income Currency & Commodities (FICC) sales & trading activities. The team focuses on control design, implementation, and enhancements to ensure appropriate risk mitigation within the GBM division.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design pre-trade and trade business controls for new regulatory implementations and tools supporting the supervision framework.
- Lead systematic pre-trade and post-trade control design, workflows, and process implementation with Engineering.
- Develop expertise on business controls to investigate and remediate control issues effectively.
- Build relationships with Sales/Trading, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Operations globally to improve control measures.
- Formulate, develop, and document control requirements and logic.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to streamline controls and processes.
- Analyze data and trends to identify enhancements for existing controls.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to discuss supervisory and control solutions.
- Train personnel on controls tooling.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of front office supervisory frameworks or regulatory implementation exposure.
- Understanding of risk & controls frameworks across Trading & Sales businesses.
- Knowledge of securities markets, derivatives, and Sales & Trading functions, with relationship-building skills.
- Experience with regulatory trading obligations.
- Ability to define and clarify obligation requirements with stakeholders and understand business logic.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex issues, proposing solutions, and escalating appropriately.
- Expertise in data analysis for root cause, trending, and impact analysis.
- Experience in process redesign and strategic execution from inception to implementation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc., is desirable but not required.

- The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to GMP standards. This role involves supervising a small team of 2 warehouse assistants, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while upholding safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Oversee the cleanliness of level 2, 4, and 5 warehouses, ensuring proper housekeeping standards.
Inventory Control & Documentation:
- Conduct Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Organize and allocate stocks and materials in the correct storage areas
- Generate and paste QC-approved labels on all approved materials.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists for outgoing products, ensuring proper packaging standards are followed to avoid damage during transit.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when a new Purchase Order (PO) needs to beraised.
- Lead periodic stock counting, adjusting stock records as needed after approval from the Production Manager.
- Manage stock transfers among warehouses as well as internal departments and coordinate with subcontractors for rework materials.
Team Training & Development:
- Provide GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and in-house training to warehouse assistants, ensuring team members adhere to company standards and support team members in achieving daily and long-term operational objectives.
- Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.
Stock Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and warehouse safety protocols.
- Proficient in warehouse documentation and processes, familiar with inventory management and stock control systems.
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
