Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests feel welcomed and satisfied.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, seasonal offerings, and membership programmes.
- Prepare and set up tables to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately through the ordering system.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure condiments are sufficiently prepared and available.
- Portion food correctly according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Supervise multiple stations and provide constructive suggestions to the Manager when necessary.
- Perform daily checks to ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ needs, resolving service issues tactfully and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage events according to customer requirements.
- Oversee staff scheduling, leave requests, time records, and e-attendance updates.
- Monitor staffing levels during shifts and alert the Restaurant Manager of any manpower shortages.
- Participate in the hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior roles.
- Support the team with general restaurant administrative tasks.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Manager when required.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable with shift work and able to handle the physical requirements of the role (e.g. standing for extended periods)

APAC Business, Regulatory and Supervisory (BRSM) team is a key partner and Front Office representative for Global Markets in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. We are responsible for supporting the Regional CEO, COO and Desk Heads in delivering the Business and Regional strategy and a local function for the RSM team to support the Regional CEO and Desk Heads in executing their Front Office Supervisory responsibilities and providing input to the overall framework.
Position Summary
- Prioritize and lead all Global Markets strategic initiatives from a regional perspective, working closely with the appropriate Global Business Managers and other key stakeholders to drive initiatives from idea to implementation, ensuring the appropriate regional considerations and governance requirements are satisfied
- Responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations regionally
- Provide business insight and input as required for presentations to senior management, Board, and other internal and external stakeholders

- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Global Markets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships at all levels
