No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

The Summer Internship Program is for candidates in their penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating between September 2026 and August 2027.
This program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience that replicates, as closely as possible, the experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The program begins with an orientation that offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from a number of senior leaders.
Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to their teams throughout the summer. Programming also features a speaker series, mentoring and various networking opportunities, including activities with our employee networks.

The program duration is 10 weeks starting in June 2026 and is designed to provide you with the unique opportunity to discover our Corporate and Investment Banking business, culture, and how we collaborate to deliver solutions for our clients.

Banking and Capital Markets (“BCM”) Overview
The BCM team sits within Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. Markets
The APAC Markets Division comprises of Trading desks who trade Fixed Income products (e.g. FX, Rates, Credit & Mortgages) and Sales teams who distribute these products to regional institutional and corporate clients.
Our Markets internship program in Singapore will be based in our main office location where you will be placed in one of our Sales and Trading lines of business for the program duration (no rotation).
Required
- Penultimate year undergraduate studying towards completing a Bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation between January 2027 and June 2027
