You will be one of PSA licensing LEWs for PSA electrical installation licenses in compliance with EMA's licensing requirements. You will lead of a team of O&M engineers and service engineers to perform maintenance and operation of the 22kV & 6.6kV network in the terminals, including HV network switching/commissioning, high voltage equipment maintenance, protection relay testing, underground cable fault location, cable identification and cable jointing. In additional, you will lead the project team to plan and upgrade existing electricity infrastructure in PSA terminals and spearheading electrification projects to improve sustainability of the port operation. Requirements

Support and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure smooth daily operations. These systems are critical for providing power backup during outages, thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

The UPS engineer will be responsible for performing regular preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the UPS systems. This includes routine checks, inspections, and repairs as necessary. Additionally, they will complete other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Able to work in a cold environment within server rooms.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform rotational standby duty when required.

Lead in the installation of electrical equipment such as High Voltage Switchgear, Transformer, LV switchgear, Distribution Panel and generators
Monitors subcontractor works in relation to mechanical and electrical installations from below ground conduits and piping to final installation of equipment such as transformers, pumps, generators, switchboards and including works schedule updating & reporting to project team management.
Supports the QA/QC department with field work and documentation for quality control of mechanical and electrical installations;
Checking subcontractor as-built drawings, operations manuals and procedures;
Attends final testing and commissioning of completed installations
Prepare project’s bill of material, workshop drawings, technical support to production, testing and commissioning team.
