Job Title: High Voltage Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to join our team as a High Voltage Reliability Specialist.

• Develop and execute reliability qualification plans for high-voltage semiconductor products.
• Perform hands-on reliability testing, including HTOL, HTRB, TDDB, and other stress tests.
• Analyze reliability data using statistical methods and modeling tools to predict product lifetime and failure rates.
• Investigate failure mechanisms through electrical, physical, and chemical analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with a focus on high-voltage technologies.
• Strong understanding of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies.
• Experience with reliability test equipment and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with automotive and industrial qualification standards.

As an Electrical Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards to ensure they meet the required safety and quality standards.

This role involves performing various electrical testing procedures, including visual inspections, torque tests, and calibration checks. You will also be required to complete detailed test reports, highlighting any defects or issues encountered during testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Testing and Inspection : Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electrical equipment, including low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Complete Test Reports : Complete detailed test reports, highlighting any defects or issues encountered during testing, and submit them to the relevant authorities.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests : Participate in factory acceptance tests and factory witness tests with clients, ensuring that all testing is conducted according to the method of statement.
• Perform Quality Control Checks : Perform in-house test procedures and quality control checks, including visual inspections and torque tests, to ensure the quality of electrical equipment.

Requirements:

• NITEC Certificate or Higher : Hold a NITEC certificate or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Microsoft Office Skills : Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Electrical Schematic Diagrams : Have the ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams and single-line diagrams.
• Tool Proficiency : Have experience handling tools and equipment used in electrical testing, such as primary current injection test sets, secondary current injection test sets, digital micro-ohm meters, insulation resistance test sets, and dielectric withstand test sets.

Please note that this job requires direct reporting to the Electrical Test Engineer and/or Quality Manager.

Roles & Responsibilites:

1. Retrieve and analyze backend vehicle data to support aftersales diagnostics across the APAC region

2. Perform CAN signal interpretation and log analysis to identify and troubleshoot HV system faults

3. Follow up on critical aftersales issues and provide on-site support when necessary

4. Conduct backend data analysis to model user behavior and generate usage insights; support data task development and workflow deployment (e.g. Hive SQL, data pipeline configuration, and automation using Python or similar tools)

5. Support vehicle OTA upgrade process and perform post-upgrade data analysis

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields

2. 2 years of experience in HV systems, e-drive, or related areas; understanding of vehicle control strategy is a plus

3. Skilled in CAN bus diagnostics tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe)

4. Proficient in backend data interpretation with ability to independently identify and resolve issues

5. Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hive), familiar with SQL development and data processing workflows; knowledge of automation using Shell/ Python scripts is a plus

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Engineer to support the design, construction, and commissioning of a Data Centre project. • Develop and implement electrical systems for data centres
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations and deliverables as required
• Coordinate across multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive and accurate documentation
• Provide technical expertise and input throughout design and construction stages
• Support on-site project execution and act as the electrical engineering specialist
• Assist in developing design studies, technical procedures, and standards
• Develop conceptual, preliminary, and final design documents, including power diagrams and control layouts
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all electrical documentation and drawings
• Identify and raise concerns or change notices during the project lifecycle
• Lead regular electrical discipline meetings and track action items to closure
• Develop work packages and scopes to support commercial activities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre (DC) projects
• At least 2 years' experience in Asia, preferably in NEA or SEA regions
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary design coordination
• Proven skills in digital platforms and common data environments
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, LEED, BREEAM, and commissioning requirements
• Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across teams
• Experience working with international companies is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional registration (PE) is an advantage
• LEED / BREEAM certification is a plus

The primary objective of this position is to lead the planning, design and construction management of high voltage power distribution systems and electrical building services for airport development projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the design of the airport's Airfield Lighting System (AFL) and Airfield Ground Lighting and Control and Monitoring System (AGLCMS) as part of our consultancy services.

• Lead a team of designers to develop and prepare design drawings and documentations required for the calling of tender for Capex/ Opex projects in relation to AFL / ALCMS.
• Work closely with the in-house design team and other Consultants (as necessary) to ensure code and regulatory compliance, quality, reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and maintainability of the system.
• Manage, coordinate, and interface with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to ensure design is performed in accordance to user needs/ requirements, within budget and schedule, meeting highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in planning, design, implementation and project management of high voltage electrical power distribution systems and building services for large scale infrastructure or commercial development.
• Experience in planning, design and implementation of high voltage electrical substation and distribution system.
• Power monitoring and control system for electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E systems.
• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to understand and develop technical drawings, specs & requirements.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.

Executive/Senior Engineer (Extra High Voltage Project)
Executes all transmission projects assigned, including the monitoring of budget performance, cash flows & preparation of monthly progress reports.
Ensures that all projects to be implemented are according to stipulated schedule and within the approved project costs.
Ensures that equipment supplied is of good quality and high standard of workmanship.
Ensures the Customers are satisfied with the Work and Services implemented.
Ensure proper Workplace Safety risk assessment & mitigation measures are implemented under the WSH Act
Implement the Contractor Safety Management scheme
Supervise, guide and train non-executive officers under his project team
Manages the project works in accordance with the sectional Quality Management System and ISO Operations Instructions Manual.
Attend overseas Factory Acceptance test, type test, factory audits and quality checks
What You’ll Need

Preferably with 3-5 years of experience
