Do you have some acrylic painting background, will like to guide (verbally) customers (mainly adults) in completing a painting?
We promise a fun and creative environment but this role involves helping us to take care of our art studio in maintenance to make it very conducive for all our customers.
Job Description:
1) Verbal Guiding / Art Instructor Role:
- Provide soft verbal guidance to customers to guide them with directions and some techniques to achieve the painting they want.
- Help outline paintings (for customers or to help prepare for our fully guided sessions)
2) Prepping for the Art Jamming Sessions:
- To prep the art materials required for the sessions, i.e. cling wrap palettes, paste label on canvases, etc
- To prep the station before customer's arrives, i.e. fill water jars, arrange table with brushes, towels, etc.
- To make studio presentable, i.e. ensure easels, chairs, paint stations are arranged neatly, etc
3) Maintaining studio cleanliness and tidiness, such as:
- Cleaning nozzles of paint bottles
- Clean the brushes, palettes & jars after each session
- Scrub off blotches of paints off the floors
- Scrub off paints from palettes
- Taking out trash
- Filling up drinking water at pantry
- Others like tracking stock of canvas, refilling paints, etc
4) Assist in some Marketing materials, i.e.:
- Simply take some videos from phone of the sessions, i.e. the behind-the-scenes
This person we are looking for must be able to communicate well when guiding customers (adults and children), and be prepared to get down and dirty to clean up the studio (as art does not mean it has to be messy/off-putting).

- 12pm - 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays. Rest on weekends.
- At least 1 year working experience in administrative role
- Enjoys client interaction and can problem solve in a service-oriented way
- Good customer service and telephone etiquette
- Able to handle multiple requests coming in at the same time and systematically completes all tasks before the end of day
- Able to work independently alone or with the team.
- Experienced in admin work, good with google office and quick in picking up using computer systems
