· Develop the school's guidance and counselling program.

- Assist the Manager with all matters relating to student admissions, including student contract, student pass application, insurance coverage, etc;

- Work with internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of student transfer;
- Responsible for maintaining the admission database for the school management review;

- Negotiate contracts with agent and to promote and market the school, establish distribution networks and develop distribution strategies;

- Produce brochures and marketing materials for management approval;
- Organise, coordinate and participate in local/overseas promotional activities and open house, work with internal school departments, agents, parents to market products and services.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience in the educational industry;
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field;
- Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative;
- Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisation & interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must;
- Possess good written and spoken communication skills;
- Marketing knowledge will be an advantage.

First Aid and Emergency Care Treatment to Students
- Attend to students’ injuries during school hours and provide first aid or emergency care treatment when necessary.
- Assist in handling illnesses or outbreak cases within the campus such as Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (particularly for the Early Years students) and Covid-19 (for all years).

- Conduct monthly stock take of all First Aid Kits in School and ensure that contents are well supplied and not expired.

- Take on recess duty and monitor students' well-being during their recess break which includes lunchtime and playtime.
Record Keeping and Administration
- Maintain students’ Allergies Register
- Communicate to the Teachers when there are any updates to the Allergies Register.
- Maintain all students’ medical and accident reports accurately, confidentially, and safely.
- Immediately inform parents in the event of injury.
- Accompany the child to the clinic or hospital in the event of an emergency.
Students Support
- Bring students for indoor and outdoor activities.
- Assistance during school lunch time.
