Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement holistic student care and wellbeing initiatives.
Serve as the trained first point of contact for all students in MSE, providing basic counselling, early intervention, and referral to specialised services when needed.
Design and execute programmes, workshops, and campaigns that support students’ mental, emotional, and social wellbeing throughout their academic journey.
Monitor student needs through feedback channels, data analysis, and engagement with student leaders, adjusting initiatives to remain relevant and impactful.

The Assistant Manager Community Engagement and Development serves as an educator and facilitator to foster student development and co-curricular learning by actively engaging with student club leaders and members. Key Responsibilities

Familiar with the volunteer and social services sector, social entrepreneurship, and how the public and private sectors work collaboratively to create social impact.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Provide academic support as part of re-integration for students returning to school after long term absences.
- Plan for and carry out activities during the school holidays (March, June, September and November/December) to engage the high needs students.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
