- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including funding and facilities.

- Data Analysis
- Conduct feedback, collate statistics, and analyse reports to evaluate effectiveness of organised events and propose improvements.
- Support the preparation of management reports for submission to MOE and university senior management, where applicable.
- Supervisory Duties
- Lead Facilitator for flagship NTU-wide student-led events; orchestrate successful inter-club and inter-office collaboration.
- A good degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Relevant experience working with students, particularly in the higher education sector, will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills (both written and verbal), particularly in collaborating with university students and colleagues from diverse cultural and disciplinary backgrounds.
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
- Passionate about mentoring students and helping them achieve their career goals.
