Experience & Background

Youth Engagement & Management
- Proven experience in effectively interacting with and managing teenagers, with understanding of adolescent development and behaviour.
- Ability to independently supervise groups of young people while maintaining appropriate boundaries and ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
