You don't need to plan lessons — but you must be comfortable guiding students through English, Math, Science, or Chinese workbooks and revision materials.
This is a centre-based role, perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, thrive in routine, and value meaningful work that supports academic growth.

- Reinforce learning using provided materials — no lesson planning required
- Track student progress and classroom behaviour
- Communicate with parents on learning routines and updates
- Ensure safe daily transfer of students from school to centre
- Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
- Diploma (or higher) in any field — Early Childhood or Education-related is a bonus
- At least 2 years' experience working with primary school students (group setting preferred)
- Comfortable supporting Upper Primary (P3–P5) core subjects
- Confident classroom presence and clear communication
- Warm, calm, and structured personality — able to manage both students and parents professionally

- Stable, predictable weekday and Saturday schedule
- Performance bonus + annual increment
- Medical and parental leave benefits
- Structured training and mentoring
- Opportunities for career growth
- Supportive, friendly team culture
- No rotating shifts or ad-hoc weekend duties
This is a permanent, full-time position directly hired by the employer.
