As an Associate Partner at Forty2, you will take on a dual role, balancing sales and management responsibilities within the company while also acting as a consultant for our clients.

Your key responsibilities:

20% Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive business growth in Singapore and the APAC region, developing sales strategies and securing new clients.
  • Act as a Sales Lead, leveraging existing relationships across Forty2’s regions to expand our client base, especially in Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Support the recruitment team in assembling high-performing project teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance, aligning deliverables with client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering professional growth.
  • Manage small to medium-sized teams and contribute to optimizing internal structures.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects in wealth management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead the integration of Avaloq and other core banking platforms, ensuring seamless operation across business units and regions.
  • Provide strategic advisory on technology and process optimization, driving impactful business outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

This role offers a unique blend of business development and hands-on consulting , allowing you to make a direct impact on both our growth and our clients' success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 15+ years in IT consulting, with a strong focus on wealth management and digital transformation.
  • At least 10+ years of experience with Avaloq is essential. Expertise in Oracle SQL, and integration technologies such as SWIFT and FIX.
  • Proven experience in regional operations management and strategic business growth.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and client account management.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale technology projects in banking and wealth management.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading client-facing engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a Senior Strategy & Enablement Consulting Lead, for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Segment within our worldwide Portfolio Strategy & Enablement (PSE) group. This is a global position that plays a key role in shaping, positioning, and supporting the global strategic direction and revenue growth for EAM solutions. As part of the PSE group, this role is integral to driving alignment across sales, marketing, product and services teams worldwide to achieve Hexagon’s objectives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the definition and development of strategy and supporting the development of EAM portfolio segment Go-To-Market enablement packages. Emphasis will be enabling those field-based stakeholders who drive Hexagon’s EAM growth-oriented business plan globally. You must be capable of articulating the business value of processes and technology for the EAM portfolio, which serves many verticals and geographic sectors, in an authentic and enthusiastic way, demonstrating proficiency in solving complex business problems for targeted industries. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts within the EAM Segment. This position requires a degree of self-direction and decision-making enabling the incumbent to work under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally in support of Hexagon’s EAM segment business plan, strategy, and goals
• Produce and maintain high-quality Go-To-Market packages, documented in accordance with PSE standards and processes
• Analyze and respond to available market data (e.g. sizing, trend analysis, industry research, analyst research) to maintain knowledge of global market conditions related to target industry segments, verticals, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Hexagon’s Sales, Pre-Sales and Services teams to develop and influence outcome-based strategies and solutions based on Hexagon software solutions in all applicable vertical sectors
• Build standardized business cases for implementing EAM segment software solutions
• Collaborate with Hexagon Marketing to effectively position Hexagon software solutions in various geographical and vertical markets
• Develop and deliver internal sales enablement and training programs for sales and pre-sales consultants, including design and delivery of various tools in accordance with PSE processes and standards.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an international organization, including engagement with or support of technologies, supporting the Operating and Maintaining aspects of the asset lifecycle, preferably in an EAM solution providing organization, ideally with customers in Asset Intensive and Process Manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
• Very strong written and oral communication skills with ability to write to statements of vision & statements of direction.
• Proven analytical skills and logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility at all levels of an organization
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, comfortable in a changing environment

Position Overview
Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Mastercard AI team, the Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy will spearhead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients-especially card issuers and other financial services organizations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and business strategists to develop long term strategies to build AI solutions and implement AI solutions that transform how clients approach analytics, automation, and value generation.
In this role, you will:

1. Develop AI-Driven Strategies for Business Impact
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and analytics within client organizations, particularly in card issuing and payments.
- Quantify the full value potential of AI solutions, detailing the value levers, critical dependencies, and feasibility pathways to maximize ROI.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions by combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge (e.g., credit card issuing).
- Secure Alignment from executive stakeholders, translating ambitious AI visions into actionable plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Scale effective AI initiatives across multiple use cases, proactively addressing technical or organizational hurdles to ensure widespread adoption.
2. Lead Rapid, Iterative AI Delivery
- Partner with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps, ensuring iterative versioning, pilot rollouts, and timely stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to co-own solutions, gather continuous feedback, and adjust scopes for maximum business value.
- Drive a balanced approach to problem-solving, focusing on both technical feasibility and strategic payoff-avoiding unnecessary complexity.
- Augment client teams by providing change management and AI expertise, ensuring full realization of value and adoption of best practices.
3. Expand Thought Leadership & External Network

- Experience: 8+ years leading data-driven strategies and delivering measurable outcomes (preferably in financial services, payments, or card issuing).

Client Impact
- Lead client engagements across Retail and Commerce, including but not limited to e-commerce, FMCG, Malls, Conglomerate and Airlines
- Develop strong value-driven narratives and customised presentations to support new business pitches
- Work closely with business development teams for an effective joint go to market and ensure best in class value delivery.
- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness
- Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management

- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management
- Experience managing key client relationships
