We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to support our senior leadership team in developing and implementing long-term plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of key initiatives and driving results-oriented projects forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals
- Support the Department Director in stakeholder relationship management, outreach activities, and organisational operations
- Facilitate high-level board, ministerial, and/or government representatives' meeting agendas and communication matters

- Manage regional partnership programme and activities, including its commercialization, technology integration and contractual / support obligations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities in the ICT sector
- Identify and target potential clients and industries that can benefit from the company’s ICT products and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring favorable terms for Singtel.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and opportunities for future growth.
- Develop business cases to onboard partners and work with stakeholders and vendors to launch the product which may involve automation of process and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, sales, marketing, marketing communications and customer care to launch new solutions.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.
- Various other duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role as and when needed.
- Degree in Business Admin, Engineering or related
- Min 5 years of experience working on projects for large corporations or MNCs
- Familiar with digital economy (e-commerce)
- Possesses strong telco knowledge
- Has regional exposure, i.e. able to engage and manage success factors across regional markets
- Able to develop business partnerships with legal teams and advice on contractual obligations
- Competent and experienced in marketing skills in areas of Product Development, Business Development, Management, Customer Management, and/or Innovation.
- Willing to travel overseas for business trips (quarterly or as required)
- Proficient in developing business case and simulations, using MS Office tools – Word, PPT Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, formulas)
