Group Internal Audit (GIA) is an independent function supporting the Standard Chartered Board and Executive Management team. We do this by helping
protect the Group’s assets, reputation, and sustainability. GIA represents the Bank’s third line of defence, we also provide independent assurance on the
effectiveness of the management control of business activities (the first line), and the control of processes maintained by risk frameworks and policy owners
(the second line).

Our 10-week Internship Programme gives you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working on real-world problems, hone your skills, create lasting
relationships, gain insights, and discover your strengths. Throughout the programme, you’ll acquire the skills for immediate success, as well as understand
what’s required for the future as our industry and your career evolve. A strong performance on the programme could lead to a graduate job offer.
Through this immersive programme, you’ll learn about our Group Internal Audit (GIA) team and the processes, people and roles. You’ll gain a thorough
understanding of what a career within the GIA team could look like.
Your programme will include:
- A one-day orientation introduces you to the Bank and your fellow interns
- Four days of classroom instruction on our products, our business, and our bankers
- On-the-job training and technical seminars to support your learning
- Performance reviews and support of managers, mentors, and buddies
- Presentations by senior management (speaker series) and engagement with executive management
- Networking within the GIA business function and across other divisions
- Engaging in community service

About The Role
Based out of Singapore , this role will report to the VP, Partnerships APAC .
This role is focussed on growth of sales and revenue by developing and executing an accelerated go to market strategy with strategic channel partners across APAC. This role requires a clear alignment of partner strategies with our broader business goals. You'll need to know Cloudflare's products inside and out, have sharp sales skills, diligently execute partner business plans, and successfully implement partner-led initiatives and co-sell strategies. You'll manage a mix of regional and/or global strategic partners to boost overall territory partner contribution and partner-sourced revenue across APAC.
The Senior Partner Account Manager (Strategic) will work closely with the Territory sales leadership team and key stakeholders to support our customer adoption through Cloudflare Partners. The ideal candidate will have strong existing channel partner sales experience and a close network of partner relationships – ideally decision makers within partner organizations.
Key performance indicators include achieving or exceeding partner sales goals - overall partners business revenue and partner sourced revenue - through partners assigned to your sales segment territory tied to Sales Leaders Account Executives within the segment.
Travel will be required according to the demand to support partner development, partner enablement, customer meetings, partner governance and pipeline generation activities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Deliver and manage all aspects of the partnership, from initial engagement to ongoing relationship management, and overall goals of the strategic engagement including revenue, products, and field execution
- Driving Partner Sales - Accelerate regional revenue through both partner-led sales and co-sell initiatives with assigned strategic partners across APAC
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, cultivate, and advance qualified partner pipelines throughout the sales cycle.
- Co-sell Execution: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, solution offerings, and joint execution with Cloudflare's area sales teams.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with internal sales leadership and peer leadership teams to align strategies and initiatives. Develop and execute partner plans, growth, and acquisition strategies to expand into new verticals and territories.

You will drive execution of the campaigns in orchestration with partners' technical, sales and marketing teams.
In this role, you will be leveraging your experience in partner management, strategy and sales, demonstrating your aptitude and passion for working with partners to transform organizations with Google Cloud technologies.
