The Strategic Initiatives & Marketing Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in advancing the company’s strategic priorities, stakeholder engagements, and internal governance. Job Responsibilities
Strategic Projects & Initiative Support
· Coordinate and monitor key strategic initiatives and delegations, business development efforts, and internal change programs across departments.

· Draft concept papers, proposals, or internal reports that support strategic business cases or executive decisions for submission to the board of directors
· Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risks in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Executive Affairs & Governance· Support the Management in scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of leadership meetings, board engagements, and internal planning sessions.
· Prepare presentation decks, minutes, and briefing materials for high-level internal or external meetings.

Business Reporting & Administration· Consolidate department updates and KPIs for quarterly business reviews or board reports.

Education & Experience
