Background in fundraising support (data rooms, investor packs, Q&A prep).
Experience in cyber security industry (ideally Threat Intelligence and/or Offensive Security-type solutions).
Proven ability to build and manage
driver-based financial models
and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, burn multiple).
Strong analytical and communication skills — you can
turn complex data into clear insights
for leadership and investors.
Comfortable with
finance systems
(Xero, ScaleXP, or similar) and familiar with CRM/CS tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Solid foundation in
accounting principles
(revenue recognition, IFRS/FRS 15) and ability to work closely and independently with controllers and auditors.
Advanced Excel skills.
Prior experience in a
Series A/B scale-up environment , where you’ve built processes from scratch with a scale-up mindset.
Comfortable operating in a

— working across time zones and collaborating with teams from different cultures.
Advantages
Exposure to
BI tools, or automation workflows
to streamline reporting.
Experience building

across finance, CRM, and customer success platforms.
A collaborative, proactive style — comfortable wearing multiple hats and shaping the finance function as we scale.
What’s in it for me?
