Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances Lead for AWS in the APJ region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and a deep understanding of AWS.
The primary focus of this role will be to:
Drive incremental revenue, with a focus on new business and net new logos.
Lead enablement training initiatives.
Develop comprehensive business plans, pipeline strategies, and opportunity closure plans.
Cultivate productive internal and external engagement models across the region.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales success by designing, proposing, implementing, and executing enablement and lead generation programs within the region. Your responsibilities will include building and executing territory plans for key areas, with a focus on specific countries and named partners, subject to realignment based on business needs and strategy.
You will serve as a lead facilitator for communication and help secure resources from regional and corporate teams for partners. Conducting quarterly business reviews, both internally and externally, will be a regular part of your duties. - Propose and test campaign-based initiatives, cross-selling, and bundling packages based on data insights.
- Work closely with both park operations and marketing teams to execute strategies.
2. CRM System Management
- Serve as the digital system owner of the CRM across all parks.
- Perform patching and syncing of membership data across parks where systems are not automatically integrated.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and liaise with external vendors or internal tech support if needed.
3. Data Procurement & Management
- Pull data reports based on varying filters (e.g., membership type, month, age) for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare segmented lists for electronic direct mailers (EDMs), customer engagement, and marketing analytics.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy standards.
4. Membership Sales Support
- Work closely with the membership sales team to review and align product offerings, sales pitch, and promotional messaging.
- Monitor membership performance trends and support the frontliners with updated information.
5. Team Support & Timesheet Management
- Oversee timesheet submissions for membership sales teams (both permanent and ad-hoc staff).
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the membership sales team as needed.
6. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team to provide data support for ongoing or upcoming campaigns.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance related to sales, memberships, or customer acquisition.
7. Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support business and operational needs.
Job Requirements
- Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned in relation to sales operations or cross-functional campaigns.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, CRM management, or membership program coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Roller) and data segmentation tools is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large datasets for filtering, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across departments (sales, marketing, operations).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfortable with a mix of desk work (data/system handling) and on-ground team support.
