Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on business development and partnership models to support data centre expansion across ASEAN, India, Australia, EMEA, and the US.
Offer guidance on end-to-end design and construction planning, including site selection, energy and connectivity requirements, layout configurations, and structural feasibility.
Support investment strategy by sharing insights on fund-raising, deal structuring, and monetization approaches such as colocation services.
Advise on operational considerations, highlighting how design decisions influence long-term performance, infrastructure scalability, and cost implications.
Help define product priorities by distinguishing between critical, relevant, and non-essential features based on real-world delivery experience.

15+ years of experience across data centre business, design, construction, investment, or operations.
