**About the Job**
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) with initiative, passion, and experience to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will design strategic sales plans via competitive analysis, customer segmentation, market development plans, and thoughtful solution positioning for the financial services industry, serving as an enterprise account manager for your assigned accounts. You will develop and maintain relationships within these accounts and work to sell Red Hat's solutions. You will need to have excellent communication skills to establish good relationships with the decision makers of your assigned accounts. You will also need to understand customer issues and demonstrate how Red Hat's solutions can resolve them. In addition, you will need to be able to explain what Red Hat's subscriptions are and how they work, using your outstanding communication skills and passion for open source. You will also need to be able to explain how open source delivers value to customers and how Red Hat makes it work in the environments of our customers.
**What you will do:**
+ Sell the complete portfolio of Red Hat's solutions to the FSI accounts
+ Develop an understanding of customer business and solution requirements
+ Position Red Hat at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
+ Plan and carry out account plans and strategy sessions for each key account
+ Manage the complex sales cycle from prospect to close
+ Maintain and develop new relationships within your assigned accounts

Familiarity with connectivity standards (e.g., APIs, HTNG) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges faced by hotel chains and translate them into effective and innovative technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset, capable of leading discovery sessions and uncovering underlying needs.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing solution‐related inquiries and providing expert guidance.
Oversee the technical onboarding of new strategic accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of SiteMinder solutions.
Collaborate with the strategic sales team to develop comprehensive solution proposals that address specific client needs.
Lead in‐depth solution discussions, engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
Manage project plans for prospects and customers, aligning internal teams and driving accountability for deliverables, including onboarding and migration plans.
Communicate customer needs and requirements to internal teams, working with product enablement to define business deliverables and timelines.
What You Have.
Proven experience (3+ years minimum) in a quasi technical role such as Solution Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Distribution Manager or similar, within the SaaS or hospitality technology industry.
Deep technical understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology systems, specifically including Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Channel Managers, Internet Booking Engines (IBE), and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Familiarity with connectivity standards (e.g., APIs, HTNG) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges faced by hotel chains and translate them into effective and innovative technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a consultative mindset, capable of leading discovery sessions and uncovering underlying needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‐technical audiences, and to build strong, trusted relationships with strategic accounts.
Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating with cross‐functional teams (e.g., Sales, RevOps, Product, Engineering, Onboarding).
Familiarity with the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and the ability to contribute to technical responses.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise clients or strategic accounts is highly advantageous.
Understanding of cloud‐based technologies and SaaS business models.
Language requirements: Fluent in English; additional languages – Mandarin or Bahasa – are a plus.

The GSA Sr. Director is responsible for the process of building value-driven strategic relationships with a key global customer in Korea to drive long-term account development and retention, thereby maximizing the revenue potential. Drive value by managing customer’s ecosystem of collaborators worldwide. Develop and deliver global strategic account plan with coherent terms for pricing, product specifications, and service.
Responsibilities
Elevated role to focus on One PS strategy deployment accountable for the full PS portfolio. Provide global visibility on molecules, CDMO activity, competitor activity, risks and opportunities. Develop, implement, and lead global account governance structure.
Act as a key liaison between the global strategic account and internal stakeholders. Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships at all levels across key functions, including the C-suite.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Coordinate and partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise. Provide comprehensive solutions, based on the entire product and services portfolio across all PS functions and regions.
Identify new opportunities to increase sales. Increase revenue by promoting product innovation. Collaborate with Regional sales teams to generate sales leads. Responsible for achieving global strategic account sales targets, monitoring account specific performance metrics and preparing forecasts.
Operate as escalation path for global/strategic topics. Responsible for the success of the engagement and overall client satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally across Life Science Commercial Teams to deliver differentiated service experience.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemistry, or related discipline.
Proven experience in manager account directors and/or managers.
Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the Life Science market.
Demonstrated capability reading technology and market trends, and strategically planning future product opportunities.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and translating plans into commercially successful and profitable product offerings.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse business units and regions to develop and support sales plans. Strong influential skills.
Must be capable of collecting, assimilating, and synthesizing relevant business/operating information and data to develop fact-based recommendations and support business decision making. Ability to initiate, lead and deliver change in implementing process improvements and cost savings initiatives.

**Job Description**
Leadership and Team Management:
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
+ Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members meet their targets and professional development goals.
Strategic Account Management:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for large regional key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and long-term partnerships are established.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue, share of wallet, and profitability.
+ Maintain and strengthen relationships with decision-makers at various levels within client organizations.
+ Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities, and any issues.
Sales Growth and Business Development:
+ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and in new regions.
+ Lead negotiations and contract renewals to secure long-term agreements.
+ Collaborate with the business development team to expand the customer base in key international markets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with internal teams (marketing, local Sales teams, product management, etc.) to ensure product offerings and services align with customer needs.
+ Liaise with supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and support for regional clients.
+ Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations in various markets.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
+ Monitor key account metrics (revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction) and take corrective actions when necessary.
+ Prepare regular reports on account performance and market trends for senior management.
+ Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Degree (MD) in Nursing (BSN/MSN) (MBA preferred)
+ 10+ years sales team leadership experience in healthcare ideally in ASEAN countries
+ 12+ years of experience in regional sales and account management, ideally within the medtech or healthcare technology sector.
+ Good knowledge of the GE HealthCare product portfolio
+ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a global market.
+ Strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, with a focus on medical devices, software, and/or diagnostic tools.
+ Experience working with complex, multinational clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a results-driven mindset.
+ Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
+ Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
