• Use cranes, rigging gear, and power tools to align and secure steel

• Work at heights and collaborate with the field team and supervisors

• At least 2 years of experience in structural steel erection with metal structures
• Ability to read technical plans and follow instructions
• Comfortable working at elevated heights on construction sites
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
