**Purpose of Role**
The **Customer Relationship Management Rookie** will play a key role in crafting and delivering impactful omnichannel communication strategies that enhance the customer journey for our members. + Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize campaigns and member lifecycles, with a focus on increasing engagement rates, repeat purchases, and redemption activity.
