About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to support development, retention, and satisfaction. You will provide operational insights and data to assist leadership in decision-making and contribute to the creation and execution of training programs to improve team performance.
