+ Proven track record within the Building solutions industry ( **_BMS, HVAC, ACMV_** )
+ Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
+ Ability to present and communicate complex technical solutions clearly at all business levels.
+ Well developed sense of the customers' business, their drivers, and their organization.
+ Good knowledge of offerings and solutions within industries
