As a Senior Mask Generator Engineer within this organization you will be chartered with defining, generating and maintaining mask data for current and future NAND technologies.
You will be responsible for developing generator code to generate final mask data from drawn base layer data. You will use this code to build all masks for development of a new technology from initial development to production ramp. All mask data should be generated in a timely manner and error free. We also work closely with NAND PI, design rule, OPC process and tapeout team to improve the quality and efficiency of the business process by developing automation tools.
Your Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Understand design rules, OPC, database, layout, etc. and be able to inspect layout, fractured data for errors.
• Develop and write generators using SVRF and review DRCs, etc.
• Develop experimental reticles for photo, PI, etc.
• Develop Tools and Flows Used in Physical Design, Functional and Physical Verification, Performance and Yield Optimization, and Tapeout
  

• BS 10+ years’ experience or MS 5+ years’ experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Fundamental understanding of device structure, silicon processing, basic processing issues, and design rules that control them.
• Hands-on experience required in writing DRC runset using the Calibre SVRF
• Experienced with metal fill algorithm and dealing with density issues is plus
• Experienced with the Tapeout process and the LPP# (Layer Purpose Pair) usage
• Solid knowledge of computer programming and software: UNIX/Linux system, Python, Perl, Shell script
• Intimate knowledge of appropriate CAD tools: Cadence df2/SKILL/K2view and Calibredrv is preferred
• The ability to interface with a wide variety of people with different skill sets: design, process, process integration, OPC, layout CAD.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are required

Summary
Position Summary:
The Senior Engineer – Product Lifecycle is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and sustaining of manufacturing processes for high-volume production of life science consumables, with an emphasis on disposable plastic components. This role manages technical interfaces with Contract Manufacturers, oversees process validation and control, and ensures compliance with quality and performance standards. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support new product introductions, implement process improvements, and resolve production issues. The engineer is also accountable for supplier performance monitoring, tooling qualification, and the transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes to external partners.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as the process owner for manufacturing processes at Contract Manufacturers for plastic cartridges, including but not limited to precision injection molding, laser welding, ultrasonic welding, mechanical assembly, and fluidic functional test.
Define product specifications, process control indicator, test strategy, and supplier’s performance KPI for high volume disposable products.
Accountable to resolve manufacturing issues related to yield, quality and throughput, in timely manner.
Actively seek out for continuous improvement opportunities in yield, quality and cost.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to develop molding and assembly processes for new products and improve processes of existing products.
Lead technical and production teams to support pilot run and define scale-up manufacturing strategy at contract manufacturers.
Candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and place great emphasis on meeting milestones and breaking down barriers to achieve results.

Position Requirements
Strong background in precision plastics molding and assembly processes required.
Proven track record in managing Contract Manufacturing (CM) to resolve manufacturing & customer’s issues.
Proficient in CAPA and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Skilled in application of statistical tools including SPC, DOE and process capability analysis (PPK, CPK).
Experience with product development lifecycle and project management required.
Familiarity with the design and qualification of manufacturing jigs & fixture, equipment and automation solutions.
Strong interdepartmental communication skills and documentation skills are required.
Exposure to digital technology such as data analytics, RPA and AI applications.
Willingness to travel for supplier engagement and technical support.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Bioengineering, Plastics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5–9 years of relevant experience in biotech or medical device manufacturing.
Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent CAD tool.
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485, GMP) is a plus.

Job Description:
Create and modify PCB Designs and detailed CAD drawings with keen attention to DFM/DFA/DFT requirements.Contribute as an individual as well as collaborate closely with RF Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Test Development Engineers to create designs from concept thru manufacturing and test.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and hardware engineers and manufacturing specialists from concept to schematic, to layout and assembly
Host design reviews with all stake holders
Peer review drawings done by other CAD team members
Create or update fabrication and product assembly drawings, using Cadence Allegro
Generate ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) to release completed drawings and BOMs
Implement changes to existing documentation based on input from engineering and the manufacturing teams
Review BOMs and Drawings as they are transferred from engineering to manufacturing to ensure correctness and all documentation is transferred properly
Requirements:
BSE Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience with at 10+ years in PCB design, including high-speed and multilayer boards
Proficiency with CAD tools such as
Cadence Allegro, and AutoCAD
Extensive knowledge of DFX and PCB manufacturing processes
Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively manage timelines and expectations, and produce high-quality deliverables
RF High-frequency design knowledge with heavy experience on ATE multisite load boards and probe cards
Experience with Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical design, experience with Solidworks is a big plus

Job Description

Micron’s NAND Process Development (PD) Singapore group is looking for process development engineer to support TD activities associated with rapid deployment of technology nodes, the process margin improvement work necessitated thereof as well as to ensure extended engagement with manufacturing on the upcoming technology nodes.

Responsibilities

• Process module ownership involving Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process characterization and advanced process development for 3D NAND and beyond.
• Work with process development engineers in Singapore and Boise, US TD site and vendors to develop processes that meet integration requirements for next-generation 3-D NAND nodes.
• Transfer CMP processes to high volume manufacturing (Fab10N), and work on continuous improvements to manufacturability.
• Address process issues working with Fab10N team and with key business partners on tool choices for manufacturing, evaluations etc., as applicable.
• Focus on understanding and improving the process margins required for meeting the mature yield goal for 3D NAND parts.
• Advanced 3D NAND CMP process development will include performing fundamental research, consumables development, and hardware evaluation, as well as testing processes for novel applications.
• Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to test out manufacturability of next node solutions
• Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross functional teams in implementation
• Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Serve as a technical expert within Micron contributing to technical projects for improvements to processes, procedures and equipment.
• Define and leads complex, multi-functional projects of critical importance to Micron, helps to define strategic direction.
• Lead team or sites or suppliers on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in quality focused meetings, process and yield improvement meetings, cost and productivity improvement meetings
• Provide advice and counsel to management on significant technical issues. Leads and initiate innovation projects through patents/technical papers.
• This position requires communications and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Strict adherence to Micron Intellectual Property protection policy is a must.

• Master in CMP equipment operation, optical metrology, profilometry, polishing slurries, conditioners, and polishing pads.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical decision making.
• In-depth understanding of polishing mechanisms for dielectric and metal CMP.
• Understanding of various integration and structural impacts and constraints related to film deposition processes.
• An understanding of the general process steps and process flow for memory processing, planar and vertical NAND memory in particular.

Job Description
Micron’s NAND Process Development (PD) Singapore group is looking for process development engineer to support TD activities associated with rapid deployment of technology nodes, the process margin improvement work necessitated thereof as well as to ensure extended engagement with manufacturing on the upcoming technology nodes.
Responsibilities
Process module ownership involving Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process characterization and advanced process development for 3D NAND and beyond.
Work with process development engineers in Singapore and Boise, US TD site and vendors to develop processes that meet integration requirements for next-generation 3-D NAND nodes.
Transfer CMP processes to high volume manufacturing (Fab10N), and work on continuous improvements to manufacturability.
Address process issues working with Fab10N team and with key business partners on tool choices for manufacturing, evaluations etc., as applicable.
Focus on understanding and improving the process margins required for meeting the mature yield goal for 3D NAND parts.
Advanced 3D NAND CMP process development will include performing fundamental research, consumables development, and hardware evaluation, as well as testing processes for novel applications.
Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to test out manufacturability of next node solutions
Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross functional teams in implementation
Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
Serve as a technical expert within Micron contributing to technical projects for improvements to processes, procedures and equipment.
Define and leads complex, multi-functional projects of critical importance to Micron, helps to define strategic direction.
Lead team or sites or suppliers on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in quality focused meetings, process and yield improvement meetings, cost and productivity improvement meetings
Provide advice and counsel to management on significant technical issues. Leads and initiate innovation projects through patents/technical papers.
This position requires communications and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Strict adherence to Micron Intellectual Property protection policy is a must.
Be part of the continuous worldwide TD engagement with suppliers pushing for breakthrough solutions.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or Physics with minimum 5 years hands-on experience in leading edge CMP polishing equipment.
Lead and mentor CMP junior engineers while driving technical excellence.
Build, lead, grow a capable CMP team for NAND technology development.
Master in CMP equipment operation, optical metrology, profilometry, polishing slurries, conditioners, and polishing pads.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical decision making.
In-depth understanding of polishing mechanisms for dielectric and metal CMP.
Understanding of various integration and structural impacts and constraints related to film deposition processes.
An understanding of the general process steps and process flow for memory processing, planar and vertical NAND memory in particular.
Working knowledge of data analysis systems e.g.: Y3 to facilitate analysis of experimental data
Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE)
Proven ability to collaborate with local and overseas teams on projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to convey the message in concise and effective manner both in local as well as remote communications.
Ability to be a self-motivated individual and be adaptable to Micron’s changing needs in terms of working extended hours, if required
Proven ability to work in a demanding & dynamic environment and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Engineer to be a part of the Illumina’s R&D department. In this position you will contribute to the definition and development of new Consumable Products to support Illumina’s industry leading genetic applications. The job includes evaluating new technologies, materials, and vendor partners to meet performance, reliability, yield, and cost objectives of product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive development cycles of new consumable products, including design, assembly architecture, process definition, process development, equipment specification and prototyping, materials selections, and metrology development.
• Define product-level specifications and requirements and translate them to critical parameter management at physical level in the process.
• Implement model systems to reduce cycle of learning time of process development.
• Drive product level design, characterization, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
