- Experience in high volume Analog IC manufacturing test operations using commercial ATE RF test systems from LTXC, DiamondX, Advantest and Teradyne
- Experience in Wafer probe stations and IC handlers like Epson, Hontech and Synax or TEL, TSK wafer probe stations
- Experience in Test H/W design, tooling and maintenance.
- Familiarity with MS Windows computer operating systems and applications, Linux/Unix operating systems, and basic statistical analysis is needed
- Familiar with hardware design software such as Auto-CAD, Solidworks is highly desirable
- Well-developed soldering skills with experience soldering 0402 size surface mount components, or a proven ability to learn such skills, is a plus
- Understanding modern ATE systems and their key components' operation are required
- Strong collaboration and teamwork coupled with good communication skills, with a demonstrated manufacturing discipline, are also required
- Automation experience with test programming languages such as NI LabVIEW, C, C++ or C# is a plus
- Experience with test bench equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscope, DVMs is a plus

Training in Design of Experiments (DOE), Advanced Quality Planning tools such as DFMEA, Lean/Six Sigma, and reliability test plans.
Hands-on experience conducting calibration and Gauge R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies.
Familiarity with connectors or switches.
Experience working with CAD software.
